Kids Class Membership

• 2 Sessions/Week: $30 per week (two sessions)
• Saturday Session: $15 per class (optional, deducted automatically if attended)

Adult Membership

• 6 Months: $57 per week
• 12 Months: $47 per week

Family Memberships

• 2 Family Members: $67 per week
• 3 Family Members: $88 per week
• 4 Family Members: $99 per week

Personal Training

• 30 Minutes: $60 per session or 10 sessions for $700
• 45 Minutes: $70 per session or 10 sessions for $600
• 60 Minutes: $80 per session or 10 sessions for $700

• Casual Classes: $25 per class
• Class Schedule: Kids can attend Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with a limit of two classes per week
• Included: Two classes per week (Monday to Thursday)
• Optional Saturday Class: $15 per class, deducted automatically if attended

Flexibility and Value for Every Fitness Journey

• Unlimited access to all classes and gym facilities for 6 or 12 months
• 6-Month Membership: $57 per week
• 12-Month Membership: $47 per week

Special Offers

• 6-Month Membership: Enjoy the 6-month plan at $57 per week, plus a free month (month 7) after completing the initial period. Payments resume in month 8 unless canceled prior.
• 12-Month Membership: Sign up for the 12-month plan at $47 per week, and get 3 months free (no payments for months 13, 14, and 15). Payments resume in month 16 unless canceled before.

Your 7-day free trial begins the next business day after submitting this form. To avoid automatic membership activation, cancellation requests must be emailed to igorpocev@gmail.com within 10 business days from receiving this document. Otherwise, your membership will automatically take effect.

Members can place their membership on hold for a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year. A weekly insulation fee of $11 will be charged for the remaining number of weeks while the membership is on hold.

Please note that Lionsden Boxing Academy will be closed from December 22nd to January 12th each year. No membership fees will be charged during this period, and classes will resume on January 13th.

All memberships are payable by direct debit from your nominated bank account. Please ensure your details are accurate for smooth processing.
